KompikFiles file exchange rules
Please read the rules to keep the service safe and convenient for everyone.
1. General terms
- KompikFiles is intended for file sharing between users.
- Users are fully responsible for the content of the files they upload.
- The administration reserves the right to delete files or block accounts that violate these rules.
2. Prohibited content
The following may not be uploaded to KompikFiles:
- Pornographic materials or adult content.
- Materials that violate Ukrainian law, including promotion of violence, terrorism, hatred, or discrimination.
- Files containing viruses, malware, or other security threats.
- Materials that infringe copyright without the rights holder’s permission.
- Personal data of third parties without their consent.
3. Usage limits
- A single uploaded file can be up to 10 GB. Multiple uploads can include up to 25 files at a time, each up to 250 MB.
- Mass distribution of spam or illegal advertising is prohibited.
- It is prohibited to intentionally overload the service, including DDoS attacks.
4. Responsibility
KompikFiles administration:
- Is not responsible for data loss or use of data by third parties.
- May delete files that have not been downloaded for 30 days.
- May block accounts without prior notice if the rules are violated.
